GTS specializes in refurbished Dicing Saw, Wafer Backgrinder, refurbished and new Wafer Mounter, Wafer Washer and UV Curing tools. Our refurbished equipment is second to none and our service technicians are factory trained with over 40 years of experience. GTS offers emergency service, Preventive Maintenance contracts, telephone support and an extensive inventory of new, used and refurbished parts.  We specialize in field service on Disco dicing saws and K&S dicing saws. Not only can we fix and trouble shoot the problem, we can also offer PCB repair, chuck table repair, complete air bearing spindle repair all of which is covered with a warranty.
